HOW DOES THE FREE TRIAL WORK?

Our free trial gives full access to our best package. Because  there is no credit card on sign up there is no way we can charge you after the trial is finished without your consent. After the trial is finished your account will expire and you will be asked to activate your account. We have flexible billing options and accept all major credit cards.

CAN I CHANGE PLANS OR CANCEL ANY TIME?

If you are on a monthly plan you can change plans or cancel at any time. If you have selected annually you are committed for the year however you can always upgrade and what you have paid already will be prorated so you will only be charged the difference.

HOW SECURE IS MY DATA IN LDA?

Security is extremely important to us at Life Design Analysis. We use the latest technology and encryption to make sure any data that you send to us stays with us. Life Design Analysis hosts our client data in Canada in compliance with PIPEDA. We host with Softlayer, an IBM company, and one of the premier SSAE 16 data centers.

HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY REPORT?

All report customization such as logo and colour can be done within your account settings page in the case tab.  Get in touch if you would like this set up for you.

HOW DO IMPORTS WORK?

Life Design Analysis has the ability to import your block of business. This drives policy opportunity notifications and makes quoting seamless. There are many sources that this inforce information can be obtained however it generally is best to have an exported spreadsheet from the insurer. Please contact a member of our support team to help import your block. 

HOW DOES JOINT LIFE WORK IN LDA?

Joint life can be illustrated and searched like this. If illustrating combined life please use our combine plans where you can apply a multi policy discount. 

DO I NEED LIFEGUIDE?

Life Design Analysis and LifeGuide are independent companies and as such the services can be used independent of each other, however, subscribers of LifeGuide do receive a 50% discount to LDA by entering their serial number as the discount code. 

HOW DO I PAY?

You can enter your credit card at any point during the free trial however you will not be charged until after the trial has finished. We accept all major credit cards and are PCI and DSS compliant. 

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?

If you forget your password visit here and enter the email you registered with and we will send you instructions to choose a new password.

HOW DO I PRINT MY REPORT?

Once you generate a report there is an option at the top of the report or the left shortcut bar to generate a PDF. The PDF is generally saved to your downloads folder on your computer.(some web browsers have options to save to other locations)

HOW CAN I FIND MY INVOICES? 

You can find a list of all of your invoices here. Remember to save these for tax season as Life Design Analysis is tax deductible.

HOW DO I SHOW A REDUCED EXAMPLE?

When in the design case screen you are able to select the "Example Type" as reduced. Some companies have more than one reduced example if this is the case you will be able to select the edit plan button ( blue pencil icon) and select what reduced example you would like to use. 

HOW DOES LDA COMPARE TO ITS COMPETITION?

LDA is the most comprehensive system to compare inforce policies and brand new policies. It has advanced reporting, automation and heat mapping capabilities that no other system on the market can match. 

HOW DO I SET MY PREFERED CARRIERS OR LIFEGUIDE SETTINGS

To select your prefered companies or prefered LifeGuide search options simply visit the LifeGuide tab in the account settings page.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL IN THE SYSTEM OR BILLING INVOICE INFORMATION?

The My Account area in LDA will allow you to change your email or your invoice information.  (for example if you office address and credit card address are different)

DO YOU DO GROUP PRICING?

Yes we do group pricing starting at 5 licences, get in touch with us and we can create a quote for your organization. 

IS THERE SUPPORT IF I NEED IT?

We offer full training and free support if you ever need it. We are always available by Phone,  Email, Live chat depending on your preference. We also offer a monthly webinar to give ideas on how to best utilize our software.

HOW DO I SET MY LANGUAGE TO FRENCH?

In the account settings drop down you can select your prefered language this will also change the system communication emails.

HOW DO I IMPORT A WHOLE LIFE QUOTE FROM THE INSURANCE CARRIER SOFTWARE?

One of the most powerful features of LDA is to be able to bring in the spreadsheet from the insurance company software. Here is a helpful video on how to do this, however we also have guides in the help center.
